    Please Note: Reservations or rooms are not secured or reserved until the required deposit is made which can be done with a major debit or credit card. Also note when making reservations, ä minimum of Two (2) night stay is required per room.

     

    Our Cancellation: Please note, when canceling a reservations, a 40% of the deposit is deducted. The other 60% is refundable if the cancellation was made 7 days from the date the deposit was made. We give you up to a 6 month period to claim the other 60% of the deposit. If you requested the cancellation after the seven (7) day period from the date the deposit was made, the full deposit is forfeited and non refundable.

     

    Also, please provide us with the correct Debit or Credit Card information. .e.g. Your Full Name as it is Displayed on your card, The Credit Card Expiration Date; MM/YY, and the Credit Card Authorization 4-Digit Code at the back of your card. This is to reserve the room you requested for the length of your stay with us., and to make the correct deposit so we can reserve your room.

     

    The Balance of the total after the deposit is made, must be paid when you are checking In.
